Interior Design Services

We use interior design on each of our projects. It is included in our fee structure and will let you have the peace of mind that you have professional advice whenever you need it. Additional design services can be requested at an hourly rate if it does not pertain to the overall scope of the project. Here are a few ways to be sure you are on the same page as our design team:

• Create a Pinterest board or Houzz ideabook with styles that you love
• Cut out pictures of homes in magazines to explain the aesthetic or the feel you are trying to replicate
• Journal what you love/hate about your space – be specific!
• Scan our website or social media accounts to see if we have accomplished something before that would translate over to your home
• Be vocal during our design review – let us know if you have concerns or questions on anything you see.  We are happy to revise the plan to come closer to your goals.
• Bring questions to our selection meetings – we will meet with experts in every field and they have extensive field knowledge that will be useful in answering your questions and steering you in the right direction.

Yes, you can absolutely use the design service, but it comes pre-packaged with the fee structure to give you a better understanding of what you will take on in the future. Our design service’s purpose is for us to take you to construction and to complete the project for you. We do not prepare drawings for other contractors to take on, as we do not advise that others will translate our plans into what we have set your goals up to be. We have a very tight knit team of professionals that have learned each other’s expectations and we rely on our team process to give you exactly what you need. Having the same designer that worked to produce the perfect plan to then be watching it throughout the process for quality and correctness is priceless. We want your experience with us to be the very best from start to finish and our design team is dedicated to that cause.

Below is a sample of extra design services that can be expertly curated through our team for an hourly fee:

• Furniture layout and selection
• Window covering consultation, measuring, ordering, and installation
• Wallpaper selection and installation (even custom wallpaper designs!)
• Light fixture consultations, selections, ordering, and installation
• Rug consultations, local shopping or online ordering
• Paint color consultations (interior and exterior)
• Custom millwork drawings, estimates, and installation
• Upholstery needs (fabric shopping, reupholstering contacts, etc)
• Custom framing/artwork selection/accessory shopping

We can determine how best to intermingle our services to provide you with the best possible experience. We are here to serve you and have no problem allowing your designer to make selections, bring layouts, and voice final input in the overall design.
